K-3 Caterpillar Class Our two-day class for 3-year-olds meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30am to 11:30am. This class is designed to meet the needs of children who are 3 by September 1st and toilet-trained. The High/Scope preschool curriculum is taught by 2 highly-qualified teachers. The daily routine includes: Chapel Time, Greeting Circle, Small-Group Time, Large-Group Time, Plan/Do/Review, and Outside Time. |

K-4 Butterfly Class There are two options for our K-4 Butterfly Class. Our three-day VPK-A class for 4-year-olds meets on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Our two-day VPK-B class for 4-year-olds meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Both classes are state funded “Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten” classes designed to meet the needs of children who are 4 by September 1st . The High/Scope Early Literacy preschool curriculum is taught by highly-qualified teachers. The daily routine includes: Chapel Time, Greeting Circle, Literacy Time, Small-Group Time, Large-Group Time, Plan/Do/Review, Physical Education, and Outside Time. |

Kindergarten Class Our Kindergarten class for 5-year-olds meets Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Early Release each Wednesday at 1:00pm. This is a small class of only 12 students with 1 certified teacher. The curriculum integrates the High/Scope developmental indicators with National Standards. The daily routine includes: Chapel Time, Greeting Circle with Calendar Math, Reading Workshops (Guided, Shared & Independent), Writing Workshops (Interactive & Independent), Math Workshops, Plan/Do/Review, Science, Social Studies, Spanish, Art, Music & Physical Education. |

First/Second Grade Class Our multi-age First/Second Grade class for meets Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Early Release each Wednesday at 1:00pm. This is a small class of only 12 students with 1 certified teacher as well as a certified “helper teacher.” The curriculum integrates the High/Scope developmental indicators with National Standards. The daily routine includes: Chapel Time, Greeting Circle with Calendar Math, Reading Workshops (Guided, Shared & Independent), Writing Workshops (Interactive & Independent), Math Workshops, Plan/Do/Review, Science, Social Studies, Spanish, Art, Music & Physical Education. |
